I hereby confirm that Mr. Rafał Tratwal and Mr. Wojciech Pajzderski were involved in our project in
the position of advisors, responsible for contacts with local authorities, project strategy and design
verification, leading our undertake to a successful point.

The mentioned activity regarded a preparation of the plot including the building permition
obtainment – for 72 flats residential investment, located in the center of Poznań. During that time,
the contribution of mentioned above, covered relations with media suppliefs, agreements with
municipal plot administration and monitoring of the building permition proceeding in (ocal authority,
including a successful dealing with repeals given by the third parties. The service included also a
constant reviewing of the design with an attitude towards finding suitable solutions (both technical
and legal) to reconcile the design expectations and the requirements of local authorities.

Despite the very difficult overall conditions of the plot and an unfavorable attitude of local
authorities, the agreed scope of service was completed successfully.

It is also to be mentioned that in all of the above fields, the service was provided perfectly, including
a very deep understanding of the design issues in reference to regulations, a dedication towards
solving the problems, maintaining a fair and clear communication with local departments and
providing a good contact with necessary experts.

Looking back on our cooperation I can truły recommend the above mentioned gentleman as the
proper persons to manage and advise in both design and investment preparation process.
